Santa Claus
Person of the Month – December, 2008Santa Claus is a very special man who travels all over the world on Christmas Eve to bring presents to good little girls and boys. He enjoys eating cookies, and he has 9 very special pets: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen & Rudolph. Santa is married to Mrs. Claus and lives at the North Pole. He enjoys traveling to Costa Rica and playing shuffleboard in the off season.
What makes you proud to b who u r?
I am proud to be who I am because I enjoy making toys & giving them to children. It makes me feel good to see them all so happy on Christmas morning.
Ken Struble
Person of the Month – November, 2008Ken Struble is an Episcopal priest and the executive director of Mikell Camp and Conference Center in Toccoa, Georgia. Ken has worked with children and young people for over 25 years and has loved every minute of it. Ken also volunteers in his community as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic. Ken is married to Melanie and is the proud father of Allie (13), Kara (10), and Jacob (6).
What makes me be proud to b who u r?
The longer I live, the more I learn to appreciate and love the diversity of people in this world. I love to help young people crack their shell, see the bigger world around them and help them to learn to celebrate their similarities and differences.
Giselle Johnson
Person of the Month – October, 2008Giselle Johnson is a teacher in North Fulton County. She has been working with children for 11 years in the classroom and likes to connect with her students on a unique and personal basis in order to meet their academic needs. We first met Giselle when she was Daniel's kindergarten teacher. Needless to say, he had a great year!
Giselle has also coached soccer and volunteered in several community projects in Roswell, GA, where she resides. She is the youngest of three siblings and loves spending time with her family and her dog, Baylee.

I am proud to be who I am because I love bringing joy to people, especially children. In a world that is less than perfect, I like to show love and hope so that we can experience life the way we were created to live it.
